How much are the drinks?
It Depends! We work with different local liquor and beer/wine vendors, and the pricing completely depends on the beverages selected. We do not up-charge the alcohol, and payment is done directly with the 3rd party vendor (although we call in the order to streamline the process for you).
Wine, Cocktails, Coffee, and Other Non Beer/Seltzer Beverages will incur a $50-$200 Keg Fee.
Are you Insured?
Yes! We Carry both General and Liquor Liability Insurance. Additionally, all staff personal are TABC Certified.
Can The Trailer be Used Indoors?
Yes! Our trailer is small and lightweight, so as long as there is an entrance wide enough for the trailer to fit through, we will happily set up indoors.
Is it Self-Serve?
Due to TABC Regulations, We Can Only Allow Self-Serve for Non-Alcoholic Beverages Only.
Do You Require a Deposit?
A $150 NONREFUNDABLE Retainer fee is required in order to complete your booking. Full Payment is required 30 days prior to the event.
What is Your Cancellation Policy?
The $150 Retainer fee is NONREFUNDABLE. If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your event, you will only lose the Retainer Fee. If you cancel more than 14 prior to your event, you will be refunded the full amount minus the $150 retainer. If you cancel 14 days or less prior to the event, you are obligated to pay for the full amount.
How Long Do you Need to Set Up?
We begin prep the day before, so setup will only take us 1-1.5 hours once we arrive. We aim to arrive 1.5 hours before the scheduled serving time.
What if we have drinks remaining?
The default option is that Good Time Taps will take with us the remaining kegs and return them to the respective 3rd party vendor within 24 hours of the event. Upon request we can also
a) Disperse the remaining alcoholic and liquid beverages into a container of the clients choosing, provided by the client
OR
b) If the kegs are rented, client may opt to retain the kegs and return themselves. Good Time Taps is no longer responsible for returns once the kegs are released to the client.
